Below are the documents in Adobe Acrobat format that explain the short-term mission trips we take to Brazil. You will need to download each of them and read them. You must fill out and return to us the ones marked with an "*" -- your application will not be processed until we receive each of them.
The deposit for the Summer 2011 trip is $200. January 15, 2011 is the deadline for registration; all spots are on a first-come basis.
